Eligible Returns
Due to our products being shipped directly from suppliers, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Incorrect or significantly different from the product description
How to Request a Return/Exchange
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@smismarket.com with photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
